It's more than Kung Fu! EMAC specializes in teaching the Kidsafe® method of self-defense and awareness training for children. Students learn to be successful through hard work and discipline. Students learn life skills that help them excel and protect themselves from danger. All students are given the opportunity to practice with their peers.
T-Shirt required - $15 first class
Participants must be potty trained.
Please note: All EMAC classes offered through Sunrise are introductory and do not include participant testing, belts, or levels. Prices reflect this introductory offering. Please see EMAC staff for full more in-depth courses.
