The KGRC Winter Conditioning Program meets Sunday mornings from 9am-10am at Yorktown High School (5200 Yorktown Blvd., Arlington) beginning Sunday, September 10 and running until May 5. Your favorite head coach and many of your favorite junior coaches will be on hand to help you retain the conditioning and skills you developed over the summer. This is not a learn-to-swim program - participants must be at least 4 years old and should be able to swim at least 5 feet unassisted.
