About this event
This one-day introductory workshop will cover the basics of creating a small travel journal. Participants will have a choice of cover in either paper or fabric. We will then sew together our book block and add design elements that make the journal unique. In addition to having a lovely journal, participants will also leave with the skills and a basic bookbinder's kit to make a journal of any size. This workshop is perfectfor artists, writers, and travelers. All levels welcome, but some manual dexterity is needed (sewing, folding, etc.).
