About this event
LIFT is an empowerment program that enables young women to push their boundaries in a welcoming, girl-supportive, fear-sensitive, ridicule-free environment. What you'll be doing: Do you want to know how to properly put up a tent? Do you want to know how to start a fire? If the answer to those questions is yes, then this is the trip for you! We will be learning and working on a variety of outdoor skills from setting up tents and changing bike tires to starting fires. If you have a skill that you would love to teach, please feel free to reach out to us and maybe we can fit it in! What to bring: - Mask - Closed toed shoes - Layers (weather dependent) - Comfortable clothes - Water bottle
