About this event
DATE: Sept 4, 11, 18, 25 Instructor: Michelle Fleet Felt is a non-woven cloth that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing woolen fibers. In this 12-hour course, students will learn the basics of both dry and wet felting. Students will learn how to create seamless felted flat pieces, as well as 3D forms. Techniques to make slippers, pillows, and bowls will be demonstrated. -- Our classes are designed to focus on a learned skill rather than a final product. At TAC, our mission is to provide skills and knowledge for a lifetime! All materials for sample making and learning the technique are included. Any additional materials will need to be supplied by the student based on their vision.
