Athletes who are interested in the sport of cheer participate in weekly sessions to learn the basic fundamentals of cheer and tumble. This club is a great way for those to experience the sport, with or without experience. Athletes will learn motions, jump, stunt, tumbling, and dance techniques. Our curriculum is fun and innovative, and provides athletes with the confidence they need. This club is designed to meet athletes where they are, and often ends with a mini performance to show parents what athletes have learned! Cheer and Tumble Club is also great for those preparing for the next level of competitive cheer or for tryouts for a specific team. Athletes will spend time focusing on individual needs in regards to tumbling and cheer. Athletes not only get drills in the gym, but get helpful videos to promote training at home. Trained instructors work with girls and boys of all skills levels to reach their goals in a safe and fun environment!
