| The Community Dining Room |

| Founded in 1985, the Community Dining Room (CDR) provides 40,000 meals each year to struggling middle class families, working poor families, older adults, those suffering with chronic illnesses or living on fixed incomes, the unemployed, and hungry children. The CDR is a private, not-for-profit organization that strives to provide support services and fellowship while promoting public awareness of the impact of hunger and isolation in our society. The CDR is located on Harrison Avenue in downtown Branford and serves the south central Connecticut shoreline from East Haven to Old Saybrook.
Free entry to the Branford Road Race for those who raise $100 or more. Please email jody.jbsports@snet.net once you have reached $100 for the password to register free of charge. |
