I love wheels of all sizes! |

| Hello friends, family and neighbors! I first want to thank you so much for taking the time to navigate to this page and hope you at least take advantage of some of the useful information about AIDS awareness by clicking the banner above. Since 1985, the AIDS Network of Wisconsin has provided critical AIDS care and prevention services to south central Wisconsin. They are sustained in these efforts by the resources, expertise and passion of hundreds of volunteers and donors. Working together we strive to meet the increasing needs that HIV disease and AIDS place before us.
As of the start of my training, March of 2007, I have never biked more than 25 miles at one sitting. I am not the athletic type of person that I imagine participating in this sort of thing. None the less, I am going to bike 300+ miles over four days over flat and hilly terrain (yes there are some hills in Wisconsin), and through scenic farmland and forests. And I suspect my bum is going to be in rough shape after day 1. Why am I doing this? To provide further evidence that I'm the crazy girl you know and love? Yes, but more importantly, because people need the AIDS Network and the service they provide. I am very excited to be a part of it. |
