| I have been nominated as a candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man & Woman of the Year. I am very excited about this honor and truly feel this is my opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people affected by leukemia, lymphoma and blood cancers throughout our community. I ask that you join me by making a contribution to my fundraising campaign.
Each dollar I raise counts as one vote and the candidate who gets the most donations is named our local Man or Woman of the Year.
I am raising money in honor of my mother Katherine a survivor, Evelyn Harrod - current in her fight, Veronica James - survivor, and Mike Alva - survivor. They are my family my friends and my motivation. In addition to the online donations I will be donating 50% of all tips earned by me at Onyx Salon until May 25th. The Salon will most generously match what I raise up to $250.00.
