| Moms on Trails is Los Alamos chapter of National Moms in Motion organization. We will train for and race at Pajarito Trail Runs to raise money for Volunteer Task Force, a non-profit organization with a mission of providing "Ecological stewardship and education through community based trail maintenance and restoration of ecosystems in greater Los Alamos area." The funds will be used to establish youth summer job positions in environmental restoration. The benefits are widespread, from meeting community needs to assuring that our great trails and nature can be enjoyed for generations to come. |
