Goulding even invited fans to run with her in seven different cities during her UK tour for her album "Run Into the Light."

Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson

From his time on the football field playing for the University of Miami, to his days of WWE wrestling, Johnson's physical strength and athletic ability have been the driving forces behind his success.
Johnson uses a six days on, one day off schedule, which includes a 50-minute cardio session and then a muscle-group specific lift.
Halle Berry
Actress 3 of 21The Academy-Award winning actress, who recently turned 50, has long been making headlines for her physique. Berry sticks to mostly bodyweight exercises and cardio, working out for at least 30 minutes a day.
The actress has been a diabetic since she was 19, so watching what she eats is an important way to keep her sugar levels under control. Berry says she stays away from processed sugar, limits bread and sticks mostly to fresh, whole foods.
Mark Wahlberg

The actor and executive producer had to put on 40 pounds of muscle in seven weeks for the movie "Pain and Gain." To do so, Wahlberg ate 10 to 12 times a day, worked out five days a week, cut out cardio and focused on heavy weights for some intense supersets.
Khloé Kardashian

As for diet, McGraw tries to stick to a clean diet four days a week.
