*Please read this description CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY. Please register all participants (ages 0+)! Children ages 0-3 will not receive lessons or food vouchers, therefore will not be charged. This event is not a first come, first serve event. We have 12 rooms available, with a maximum of 5 people per room. Those who have never attended will have priority. The package includes: - one-night hotel accommodation at Hotel Alyeska (a maximum of 5 people in a room; two adults (ages 18+) and three students or one adult and four students) - access to the swimming pool - a ski or snowboard lesson, lift tickets (upper or lower mountain depending on skill level), and gear rental - breakfast vouchers will be provided during check-in and can be used at the Forte Café, Tramway Café, or for Room Service. Room Service has a long wait so be prepared to order early. Cost: $195 per person, this is a flat fee. - Up to two parents/guardians may be deducted from the student’s allotment, older siblings can not count as an adult and must self pay before attending the event. Parents/guardians are their children's chaperones and must always accompany their children. Because this is an educational field trip, everyone MUST take the accompanying lesson provided by Alyeska. - The minimum age for ski and snowboard lessons is age 4. *IMPORTANT FOR SWIMMING* Please register for your pool time before you get there. This will ensure your family can enjoy the pool if there is an excess amount of people. *FIELD TRIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
