Description
This class will begin with a complete warm up, cardio, strength, toning and balance and end with a stretch and relaxation component. Trisha, our highly experienced fitness and wellness instructor will bring her unique touch to this class and make it perfect for all fitness levels. This class includes mat work.
This class will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
