Description
As a warm-up, the player begins in 5x5 yd grid dribbling freely for one minute. Next the player dribbles around a cone and then back into the square, then around a different cone. Finally the player dribbles freely using just the left foot and then just the right foot.

Key Teaching Points
- Let the player move freely through the area to begin.
- Encourage the use of both feet and all parts of the foot.
- Encourage frequent changes of direction using the inside, outside and bottom of the foot.
