Description
Zumba is a popular Latin-inspired dance workout that combines aerobic exercise with upbeat music and choreographed dance numbers. Zumba classes are 60 minutes long and are led by a Zumba-certified instructor. Zumba classes feature high- and low-intensity intervals that can improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, and agility.
