The UW Health Learning Kitchen at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI has cooking classes for all skill levels!
Cooking class details:
Grab a partner, loved one, or friend and join us for a mash up of our Date Night and Global Adventures series! Together we will be headed on an adventure of East African cuisine that you might find on a visit to the Serengeti!
We will be making:

• Mchicha (Spinach & Peanut Curry): Learn how to make this Tanzanian classic, bursting with flavor and creaminess.
• Ugali: To go with the curry, we will make this popular East African cornmeal side dish similar to polenta.
• Mango Askrimu (Frozen Ice Pops): Cool off after a long day exploring the Serengeti with these refreshing ice pops.
• Ginger-Lime Sparkler: Based on the East African beverage, Tangawizi, this satisfying mocktail provides the perfect sipper to keep you hydrated while cooking.

Cost: The cost is for one couple or two people cooking together. One person in the pair must register for the event.

Register by Thursday, May 22nd.
