Mountain View Yoga and the City of Mukilteo Recreation and Cultural Services are excited to provide FREE Yinyasa flow yoga lead by Mukilteo's own Melinda Webb.
This beginner-level class will be friendly for those new to yoga poses and very beneficial for all fitness levels. Gentle flexibility will be the focus as the class takes you through a calming and rejuvenating practice that works the entire body. Balance poses, breathing, and final relaxation will round out the class with added benefit of stress relief through the beautiful practice of yoga.
Class is open to all ages and please bring appropriate clothing, yoga mat, water bottle, and wear sunscreen as needed.
Class will be outdoors on the upper lawn of Rosehill Community Center.
