This activity is closed to further registration.
Yoga classes focus on light repetitive movements to strengthen the energy and direct it through the body. Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing.
Please bring a Yoga mat to class. The community center nor the instructor has any to supply. Please note that the floor is tile, so maybe a thicker Yoga mat may be preferred.
