Whether you're looking to get fit, learn self-defense, try something new or join a supportive community, our program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a friendly and encouraging environment. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic techniques, positions, and submissions, ensuring you build a solid foundation. No prior experience is necessary. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothes meant to work out in. Purchase of Six Blades Gi required, $75.
