About this event
Trip Description: We'll be heading out for a 3 night, 4 day backpacking adventure with some of our friends from Watauga High School. Students of all experience levels are welcome to join us. Everything we need for the weekend will be carried on our backs. Although it can be somewhat strenuous depending on the amount of activity you are used to doing, we will take regular breaks and there will be plenty of beautiful views to keep us occupied. Mountain Alliance can provide you with any gear that you may need to borrow for the trip. Whether you backpack every weekend or you are brand new to the activity, we hope that you join us for this awesome adventure! Students will be provided with their own 1-person tent for each program What to bring: A packing list will be provided once students are selected for this trip. Times: We will be leaving after school on Friday, Sept. 3rd and coming back around mid-day Monday, Sept 6th. Important! Students and parents are asked to carefully review the MA COVID-19 Student Guidelines before attending the program.
