Full Class Title: Painting Watercolor Architecture in Perspective - Urban Landscapes, Houses, and Barns

In this class we will focus on drawing and painting buildings. Participants will learn the basics of perspective and how to draw and paint their buildings realistically. We will learn about how light hits buildings and shows off architecture. We will also practice capturing the light correctly in windows and on building details. During the class we will practice several types of building: cityscapes, houses, and barns. This class is for any ability level.
Students will bring their own materials for this class.
Supply List:

• A set of Watercolors (watercolor in tubes is best) – the instructor recommens one of the following student grade brands: Cotmans, Grumbacher, Arteza.
• Small set of short handle, soft bristle brushes – At least three round brushes (small, Med, Large…and one ¾, 1, or 1.5 inch flat brush for washes)
• A watercolor pallet
• A pencil and eraser

The instructor will provide additional supplies in class.
