Description
Have some fun and get fit! This class is for everyone and accommodates all fitness levels.
With the support and partnership of Sports Backers, this free class provides a total body workout with functional cardio, strength building, flexibility and core exercises. Classes are let by Sports Backers Fitness Warrior Kathy Brown.
