Thursdays - 9:30 - 10:30am Sept 5th - Oct 10th 6 Weeks Join Roxie for a fun, interactive, and playful family yoga class! These sessions are designed to bring family and community together through movement, imagination, and joy. You'll go on exciting adventures, play games, dance, and sing. We will explore mindfulness, relaxation techniques and breath work, ensuring a holistic and enjoyable experience for the whole family.
