We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Monday, November 4, 2024.
This 3-week class will isolate and examine specific shots that can be added to the player’s repertoire. Shots will include: Offensive lobs, how to defend against the lob, around the post, Ernies, and an introduction to “spins”.Attendance at all 3 classes is required.
