In the summer, rent Cabin 1, which is situated on the lake with quick and easy access to swimming, fishing and other shoreline activities. In the winter, the campground is transformed into a white wonderland, with access to hiking trails now best suited for snowshoes. The cabins differ in size and amenities; ask the campground staff about which cabins have electric lighting, beds, a deck and hot water.

Before the snow falls, trek along the 40-mile Snowcrest Trail, where hikers are privy to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
