About this event
Learn here, print anywhere! In this camp, participants will use two different avenues of 3D printing to learn the basics of bringing a 2-dimensional image to life. 3D Printing is the process of building an object from a computer model, layer by layer, through use of a 3D Printer. Working in design teams, campers will partner to create 3-dimensional models through a series of design challenges that requires them to learn and utilize various skills related to operating a 3D printer. The group will have to review technique, tips, and also troubleshoot. Tor has a bachelor's degree in Technology Management. Entirely self-taught, he keeps up with lots of tech-related hobbies and connects with other 3D-printing enthusiasts online to troubleshoot and build his skills. Please note: There will be no camp on July 4 & 5.
