Get your Phoenix Parks and Recreation Pass online or visit your local recreation facility to get more information on specific amenities and program offerings available in your area. Annual passes are good for 12 months from the date of purchase. *** Pass Prices *** Adult Passes (age 18 and older): $20 for Phoenix residents & $40 for non-Phoenix residents. Youth Passes (age 17 and younger): $5 for Phoenix residents & $10 for non-Phoenix residents. Note: The default charge shown above is $20, the charge will adjust to the correct amount during the check-out process.
