Experience: I have been a personal trainer and class fitness instructor for 16 years. I have taught a variety of classes from weight training, cycling, tushes and tummies, stroller fit for moms/babies, and senior citizen classes. We will work together to compose a fitness routine that will fit your wants and needs. You are not alone in your fitness journey - I will be your biggest motivator!
Education: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
Certifications: Personal Fitness Trainer certification through AFAA; Texas Teacher Certification in K-12 Physical Education, Dance, Health, and Special Education.
Must be a member to train.
