Heart rate, cycling cadence, stride data, speed, distance, power data, calorie counter and elevation gain are just of a few metrics included when paired with ANT+ sensors. Audio announcements are also an option to give you live feedback and help you stay on track during workouts. It can even be used with the Wahoo Kickr indoor cycling trainer to adjust resistance levels and control the simulation modes.
