Description
This 4 hour course/exam will review/examine the NL Pool course. Participants must give the examiner the prerequisites before the course starts. Prerequisites are NL Pool. All participants must bring an Alert Manual.Candidates should review the Alert Insert, make yourself familiar with the revised requirements which include a fitness component, and prepare to be evaluated on the mandatory recertification items. Completion Criteria:• Attend and participate in 100 % of the course.• Successfully demonstrate competency in required skills, activities and final evaluation.
Pre-Course Requirements: (participants must provide qualification at beginning of class)• National Lifeguard Pool Award
Program includes classroom and water activities - 100 % attendance and participation are required. Awards are issued to the candidate by mail. Certification of this award is for 2 years.
