About this event
Gain confidence, have fun, and learn new skills in a casual and supportive environment with the Musical Improv Society, led by veteran improvisor/actor/director Kate Carson-Groner. Each week, we'll tackle a new skill or game, conquer a fear, and break stereotypes about improv (did you know introverts can make excellent improvisers?) With the help of musician/improvisor Trevor Gabriel, we'll also delve into the exciting world of musical improv, and learn how music can help us tell stories, create environments, and set the perfect tone!
