Description
Grades: 9th-Adult. Ann Arbor has been a center of entertainment since the opening of its first Opera House. In honor of our bicentennial, join us for a walking tour of downtown Ann Arbor that will take us past these former entertainment spots and learn about these long ago movie palaces and the people behind them. Instructor: Patti Smith is an Ann Arbor townie, special education teacher, storyteller and author of Images of America: Downtown Ann Arbor and co-author Forgotten Ann Arbor. and Michigan Beer: A Heady History. 1 class.Rec & Ed classes follow AAPS COVID & Health Guidance.
