Make a packbasket out of Ash, Black Walnut, Poplar, or Cherry weavers, fitted with leather straps and a plywood lid! Packbaskets are durable storage devices that you can carry with you wherever you go, and make a great alternative to that dirty old backpack you’ve been meaning to replace. Plus, unlike a normal backpack, you can choose whatever shape you want to make it. Stand out from the crowd! Learn new skills, and make new friends. Basketmaking is just one of the projects Peter is offering this weekend, so you will be working alongside a number of other people making a number of different things! Ages: All! Most participants are adults, but all ages are welcome. Children must have a responsible adult with them if they cannot work alone. Children under 8 are required to have an adult come and help get them settled and started on a project.
