About this event
This class will be taught by Pam Turton, our expert water aerobic instructor!! Let’s get back into shape! In this program participants – regardless of age- are welcome to walk, run, use weights and even swim while getting a great workout. This is a low-impact program, but your heart will be pumping by the end of class.
