Description
Join Kalee from Table Root Farm for a class all about Fall Salads! Fall is the best favorite season to make salads the star of a meal. Hardy greens such as kale, collards and chard have returned, but the delicate lettuces of summer are still going strong also. Root vegetables are available as are the winter squashes. The flip flopping weather opens up a variety of flavor profiles to either warm or cool a salad.
