Description
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to create and install rain barrels for their home gardens, promoting sustainable water use and conservation. Rain barrels are a simple and effective way to collect and store rainwater, reducing water waste and lowering utility bills while helping your plants thrive. Participants will learn about the environmental benefits of rainwater harvesting, types of rain barrels and how to choose the right one for your garden, and step-by-step installation and maintenance. Every participant will have the chance to win a rain barrel diverter kit ($50 value).
