Adult. DEMO. Join us for a flavorful afternoon as we dive into the art of making Dal Makhani, one of India’s most cherished comfort foods. In this one-day workshop, you will learn the traditional techniques of preparing this creamy, slow-cooked black lentil dish infused with rich spices and herbs. From selecting the right ingredients to mastering the slow cooking process, you’ll be guided through each step to create an authentic and delicious Dal Makhani. You’ll also take home a serving to share with family or friends, along with a recipe to recreate this dish in your own kitchen. All skill levels are welcome. Dal makhani can be Vegan and gluten-free.
