Adult. Always wanted to try ballet but felt intimidated or just never had the opportunity? This class is for you! An approachable ballet technique class open to beginners (and those with prior experience seeking a slow, methodical approach.) Focus on basic positions, alignment, and terminology while increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. A holistic workout for your body and mind. Instructor: Lisa Dietz. 7 classes. No class 1/25 and 2/15.
No street shoes allowed in the dance studio.
Residents in the AAPS district boundaries ages 65+ are eligible for a discount on one class per term. Registration must be completed over the phone (734) 994-2300 ext. 0, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
