Adult. A comprehensive ballet technique class for those with prior dance experience. Build on your foundational ballet knowledge with a focus on anatomical alignment, refining barre and center work, and exploring turns and jumps with grace and ease. A holistic workout for your body and mind. Instructor: Lisa Dietz. 7 classes. No class 2/18.
In order to keep dirt and debris at a minimum, shoes worn outdoors are not allowed on the dance room floor. Please change into whatever (indoor-only) footwear is appropriate for your activity.
Residents in the AAPS district boundaries ages 65+ are eligible for a discount on one class per term. Registration must be completed over the phone (734) 994-2300 ext. 0, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
