Grade 10th - Adult Level 1-3. Do you want to experience a fun cardiovascular workout while learning basic kickboxing moves? In this class, you can expect an upbeat, full-body workout, targeted to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Participants will need bag gloves that cover up to the 2nd knuckle; full finger gloves will work as well. You can purchase gloves from Amazon by clicking this link: Kickboxing Gloves
Class will be held at PKSA Ann Arbor North (5692 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105). Instructor: PKSA Staff. 8 classes. No class 2/14. (3/14 reserved for makeup class)
