Description
Grade 10th - Adult Level 1-3. Do you want to experience a fun cardiovascular workout while learning basic kickboxing moves? In this class, you can expect an upbeat, full-body workout, targeted to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Instructor: PKSA Staff. 1 class.
This class is part of the FREE WEEK OFFERING 9/9 through 9/15. You must register to attend.
