Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. In this two-part pottery class, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with wheel throwing techniques to create your own unique pottery pieces. During the first session, you will be shown how to center a piece of clay on the wheel and make a clay object or objects of your choice, such as a cup or bowl, using up to 5lbs of clay. During the second session you will use underglazes or glazes to decorate your work. Pickup will be available one week after the final session, allowing you to take home your finished pieces to enjoy or gift to others. This class is perfect for beginners looking to learn new skills or experienced potters wanting to further develop their craft. Join us for a fun and rewarding pottery experience!
