Description
Adult. Level 1 - 3. Zumba Toning classes are designed to be safe and effective for everyone, and can help build muscular strength, coordination, and reshape your body. Instructors guide participants through a series of dance routines set to upbeat music, interspersed with toning exercises that target the arms, core, legs, and glutes. Some say the workout is so enjoyable that it feels more like dancing than working out. Learn basic weight training principles in this hybrid platform. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have/bring your own light hand weights and a water bottle. No experience needed! Certified Zumba® Gold Instructor: Geraldine (Jerry) Powell. 8 classes. No class 4/18. (6/13 reserved for makeup class).
