Description
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) is a low-impact evidenced-based exercise program that incorporates a brief educational component. It is proven to reduce pain, fatigue, and stiffness. It is proven to improve mobility, self-care, coordination, muscle strength and more!
