Description
In this class, the group will learn the fundamentals of making and canning fruit preserves using either fresh or frozen fruit, or dried apricots, depending on availability. You will learn the fundamentals that can be applied to making many different types of jam and preserves. Each student will take home a sealed jar of freshly made preserves. Supply fee payable to the instructor $29
