This 10-week running program trains kids ages 8-13 year-old to participate in a 5k race. The program equips kids with the physical training and goal-setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. Classes take place twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:15pm-5:30pm at Salem Pond Park. Participants will end the program by completing the Turkey Trot 5k (registration included as part of the class).
