Sorry! Registration for this activity can only be completed at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A gentle and therapeutic approach to yoga that integrates strengthening, stretching, and breathing to help build a greater balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.$50 punch pass (8 classes) does not expire.
