Sorry! Registration for this activity can only be completed at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This chair yoga class is designed for older adults who will benefit from yoga practices while seated in and standing with the support of a chair. However, it is open to adult practitioners of all ages and levels. The yoga practices will include research-based brain healthy yogic techniques that contribute to greater neuroplasticity and neurogenesis in our brains which support memory maintenance. Most importantly, it will be a class the inspires strength, balance, and mindfulness... with an element of "neuro-play." Please bring a yoga mat and towel.$50 punch pass (8 classes) does not expire.
