Description
Come join us for the Heart Walk and Cario Care program at Old Adamsville.
This class will explore low impact exercises and have fun with waling groups focusing on cardiovascular wellness. Some come out ready to have fun and break a sweat!
When: Thursdays: 10a.m. - 11a.m. - October 7th - December 20th.Who: Seniors 55+
