Description
Come Join us for Prime Time Senior Chair Exercise at C.T. Martin.
The instructor will lead the class in a basic form and technique style of chair exercises, stretching, mobility activities, and fun. This activity will help to increase all senior's core and breathing abilities.
When: January 13 - March 21, 2025. Monday/Wednesday - 12:00p.m. - 1:00p.m.Who: Seniors - 55 years and older.Cost: $0
